How to Book and Cancel your Classes


Booking & cancelling classes is simple and can be done from your smartphone or any device with internet access.

To book classes you will need an active or current Membership.

If you have purchased a membership and are not yet able to book please let us know as your membership may not have been activated correctly.

How to access your Bodymind Pilates Account

  1. Open your internet browser on your smartphone or device. An internet browser is where you go to access the world wide web (Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc)
  2. Copy and paste this link into the address or search bar, or simply click on this link
  3. Sign-in to your account with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your email address you can reset it from there. Tick the 'Keep me signed in on this device' tab for future access.
  4. You should now be logged into your account. You can now save that page as a shortcut on your homepage or desktop for easier access.


How to book your classes

  1. Go to the 'Timetable / Schedule' and click on the class you wish to attend
  2. Select 'Enrol'
  3. Click on 'Finish' to confirm your booking
  4. Repeat this method to book your next class. If classes are full you can enrol to a waitlist. When a space becomes available you will be automatically enrolled and notified by email.


How to cancel your booked classes

If you are unable to attend your class please cancel your booking to allow anyone on the waitlist adequite time to be notified.

  1. Go to your 'Upcoming Schedule'  in your 'Dashboard' or under the 'My Stuff' tab.
  2. Under your Upcoming Schedule select the class you wish to cancel
  3. Click on 'Finish' to confirm
