Beginner classes run:
Monday, Weds, Thurs, & Friday mornings at 10 am
Monday - Thursday evenings at 6.30 pm.
You may attend any combination of classes.
We are taking enrolments for your first class on either Monday 1st or Weds 3rd Feb at 10 am, or Tuesday 2nd Feb at 6.30 pm.
Your first class is a free class and your 6 week term will start from your 2nd class. This also covers the missed classes on Waitangi Day Monday 8 Feb when we are closed.

During the course you will cover the fundamental principles of Bodymind Pilates which will be incorporated into your exercise routines. As you progress you can then move into the gentle Balance Pilates classes, or the more challenging Core Pilates classes.
