What is Bodymind Pilates?

Bodymind Pilates is a fusion of exercise modes based on the fundamental principles of Pilates which incorporates the Chi-ball method and utilises exercise resistance bands.

The simple exercise and stretch classes will help you improve posture & balance, and increase joint mobility.

You'll have greater stability with increased movement and feel more energetic.

When are classes on?

 

Balance Pilates classes run Monday to Friday 11:00am at the studio and every Tuesday 9.30am at Lansdowne Park.

Balance Pilates Gentle classes are most suitable for Beginners and run Tuesday & Friday mornings at 11am and Monday & Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm. 

Core Pilates classes run at 8.00am Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings and 9.00 am Monday to Thursday and in the evenings Mondays to Thursday at 5.30pm. 

Men Only Strength & Balance classes run every Friday at 9.00am.


Is it suitable for me?

Yes! Bodymind Pilates classes are suitable for men and women all ages and abilities. Most exercises are performed on mats so you need to be able to get up and down easily off the floor. 

Our expert team of qualified instructors provide high and low  intensity options so participants are able to work with-in their own fitness levels.

The Balance Pilates Gentle classes are suitable for Beginners and run Tuesday & Friday mornings at 11am and Monday & Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm. These classes will help you to progress to the more challenging workouts, so if you're new to Pilates then these classes are for you.

How much does it cost?

Our memberships fees are commitment based depending on how often you wish to attend each week.

Regular weekly attendance on the unlimited memberships allow you come as often as you like, and move freely amongst classes. 

The most popular option is the 6 week unlimited membership ($105) 

Attending once a week is generally managed with a 10 trip pass ($125) or casual visits ($15)

Attending 3 classes per week on the 6 week unlimited membership breaks down to just under $5.85 per class. And at 4 times per week it's only $4.40 per class.

How do I join?

Joining Bodymind Pilates is as easy as signing up to receive your free complimentary class and popping along.

There are no joining fees, so once you have decided  how often you wish to attend each week simply join on the appropriate membership.

Your membership fee can be paid at your class or transfered online. There is also a credit/debit card payment option through Paypal.
