What is Bodymind Pilates?

Bodymind Pilates is a gentle exercise programme based on the fundamental principles of 'Pilates' and incorporates 'Toning Ball' and 'Resistance Band' exercises.

Bodymind Pilates improves your posture, balance and mobility & focuses on strengthening your core and pelvic floor muscles.

Is it suitable for me?

Yes! Bodymind Pilates classes are suitable for men and women all ages and abilities. Most exercises are performed on mats so you need to be able to get up and down easily off the floor. 

Our expert team of qualified instructors provide high and low  intensity options so participants are able to work with-in their own fitness levels.

The Balance Pilates classes are suitable for Beginners. These classes will help you to progress to the more challenging workouts, so if you're new to Pilates then these classes are for you.

When are classes on?

 

Balance Pilates runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:00 am.

Core Pilates classes are 9.00 am Sunday to Thursday and 8.00 am Friday. Evening classes are on Monday to Thursday at 5.30 pm. 

Men Only Strength & Balance classes run every Friday at 9.00 am.

 

How much does it cost?

Our memberships fees are commitment based depending on how often you wish to attend each week.

Regular weekly attendance on the unlimited memberships allow you come as often as you like, and move freely amongst classes. 

The most popular option is the 6 week unlimited membership ($105) 

Attending once a week is generally managed with a 10 trip pass ($125) or casual visits ($15)

Attending 3 classes per week on the 6 week membership breaks down to just under $6 per class. 

LIVE Streaming membership is only a $6 weekly subscription
